It is a disc including the image of a 3D torus flattened in 2D. This disc has two sides. It is also a scalar wave antenna which can be used as EMF protection. The torus is in motion, one can perceive a vortex with a different direction of rotation depending on whether one looks at it in one direction or another. The torus is sliced in its height and radially. The spiral rotates in a dextrorotary (clockwise) direction, then in an anticlockwise (levorotary) direction. 
 
Side - Energising:
Dextrogyre is energising, it is a sense conducive to life and growth. It is in a way the Yang side. This side is indicated by the small solid circles around the Torus.
